Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch & maestro or card payments can be taken over the telephone. We will not charge your card until your order is ready for despatch.
Delivery
We aim to process your order within 2 days of receipt but please allow 10 working days to avoid disappointment. Please allow 28 days for personalised items. If you require personalised goods urgently, for a small priority surcharge, this can be achieved (please telephone us for details) Where Items are temporarily out of stock, despatch may be delayed. We will advise if the delay is likely to exceed 28 days.
All items are subject to availability.
Orders over £100 prior to carriage are despatched free of charge to UK mainland addresses only. Standard delivery charges are as follows:
£3.95 to UK mainland addresses via royal mail or courier
£3.95 to UK Non-Mainland addresses up to 1KG via royal mail
£10.00 to UK Non-Mainland addresses over 1KG via courier
Delivery Overseas or to BFPO addresses will be charged at cost, please contact us for a quotation.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. goods should be returned in the original packaging and original condition. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of personalised items, they are non returnable unless faulty or incorrect due to an error in production. We are sorry but we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage. When returning goods we strongly recommend proof of posting is obtained.
