Returns Policy We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods should be returned in the original packaging and original condition. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of personalised items, they are non returnable unless faulty or incorrect due to an error in production.
