TERMS AND CONDITIONS
	
	
	Price
	All prices exclude VAT
	UK Mainland carriage paid order £200 excluding VAT
	Small order surcharge £8 for orders below £200
	EU and UK off mainland carriage at cost
	Rest of world minimums and carriage subject to quotation
	Orange Fox Limited reserves the right to alter prices and terms without prior notice
	
	Specification
	Orange Fox Limited reserves the right to update and amend any specification of 
	goods without notification to the customer.
	The images in the catalogue serve as a guide only and the colours and finishes
	of the goods may vary.
	
	Payment
	The customer shall pay Orange Fox Limited in full for all goods on a pro forma basis
	"until a regular trading history has been established.  Thereafter, if a credit application "
	"has been succesful, our credit terms are 30 days net from the date of the invoice."
	"We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest, costs and "
	compensation for debt recovery under the late payment legislation if not paid in 
	accordance with our terms.
	
	Retention of title
	"In respect of goods delivered, legal and benificial tile shall remain with "
	Orange Fox Limited until all outstanding monies owed by the customer have been 
	settled in full.
	
	Delivery
	Orange Fox Limited will use its reasonable endeavors to deliver goods on quoted or 
	requested delivery dates.  However such delivery dates are not of the essence of the 
	Contract and Orange Fox Limited shall incur no liability for failure to deliver on any 
	such dates.
	Shortages must be notified to us within 5 days of delivery and damage or breakages
	must be notified to us within 2 days of delivery.
	
	Orders
	The company has no sale or return policy. The customer has no right to cancel
	and shall not wrongfully refuse to accept any goods.
