Where's my order?
If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us straight away

Orders less than £30
are sent via Royal Mail
1st Class post.
Orders over £30
are sent via recorded
delivery or next day courier depending upon weight.
Please ensure somebody is able to sign for the goods.

About PayPal
We use the PayPal payment gateway to process all online payments. A PayPal account is not required, all major credit and debit cards accepted.
Delivery
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt (subject to stock). We use a combination of Royal Mail postal and Initial City Link Courier services depending upon the weight of your order.
If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us immediately by telephone or email.
Orders over £100 prior to carriage are despatched free of charge to UK mainland addresses only. Standard delivery charges are as follows:
£3.95 to UK mainland addresses via royal mail or courier.
£3.95 to UK non-mainland addresses up to 1kg via royal mail
£10.00 to UK non-mainland addresses over 1kg via courier.
Representation of Goods
Every effort is made to represent goods accurately, however due to the hand applied nature of some products, slight variation may occur. The reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Every effort is made to describe goods accurately.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, goods should be returned in the original packaging and original condition. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of personalised items, they are non returnable unless faulty or incorrect due to an error in production. We are sorry but we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage. When returning goods we strongly recommend proof of posting is obtained.
